Command Decision

I have recently made the command decision to stop sending short stories off to magazines, and focus on writing the novel. If I were trying to make a living writing short stories, I could see continuing with them. The pay is lousy, though, and the marketing value seems pretty low. This doesn’t mean I am going to stop writing them, but now I am just going to post them on “Strange Imaginings” and save them up for books of short story collections. Not only that, but my serials will each get their own book once I have enough written and a story arc complete.

So what does this mean for readers? Not much! It just means that you won’t have to buy obscure magazines that nobody carries to read all of my short stories.
